Time Management

Before starting any of the taks that need to be completed in the process of my media coursework, I have considered my time management so that I make excellent use of the time that I have available. Therefore I have created a detailed plan straight after I delivered my pitch, showing exactly what I plan to do in the near future, this clearly shows that I have considered how the different tasks will be broken down in both lesson time, and out of lesson time, below also shows a clear plan of all the tasks I will do and the order in which I will do them - and how long it will take me to do each. Deadlines can also be clearly seen so I will be on task at all times, and I will be organised and prepared during this task.
Another form of a time plan that I have used is on Time-toast  http://www.timetoast.com/timelines/time-management--42 as this had enabled me to create a full time plan of my production work, I am going to edit this as I go, and I may place images of rough work or sketches to give a clear and detailed time plan of all of my work. This is shown below and is an alternative form of animation on my blog, however below it is only as of yet.

Time Plan and Deadlines:
(i will also tick off when I have completed each task so that I have a clear record of what I have left to do.
Time Management - 01/12/2012 COMPLETED
Research into target audience - 03/12/2012 COMPLETED
Print production - Layouts - 30/11/2012 COMPLETED
Performers - casting - 05/12/2012 COMPLETED
Organisation of location/permission - 10/12/2012 COMPLETED
Costumes and Props - 12/12/2012 COMPLETED
Choreography/movements and blocking - 15/12/2012 COMPLETED
Shot lists and Storyboarding - 17/12/2012 COMPLETED

Thus giving me 3 days before I break up from college for half term to sort out any problems or to make any last minute improvements. This will ensure all work is completed to the best of my ability, and not rushed.
